About The South Hills Pool And Spa Family

Born and raised in Southern California, Peter Marchica II, owner of South Hills Pool And Spa, grew up in the swimming pool service and repair business, working with his father, Pete Marchica Sr. who started his business in 1954. Peter worked alongside his father observing all aspects of pool repair and construction of new pools through the 1970’s. After receiving a business degree from Santa Clara University, Peter joined a major pool equipment manufacturing company, Jacuzzi Brothers Inc., working in sales and product development. In 1982, Peter obtained his California State Contractor’s License and started his own construction company, South Hills Pool and Spa.
